Opening of a factory for vibro-pressed concrete products in the village of Zhitnitsa

With determination and a clear vision for growth, we have reached the day when we can proudly announce the opening of our factory for the production of vibropressed concrete products. The construction of a high-class manufacturing facility of this scale has been one of the company’s main goals over the past several years. Building the factory took months of hard work, hundreds of cubic meters of concrete, tons of reinforcement steel, kilometers of cables, countless steel profiles, and an immense amount of dedicated human effort.

The factory operates with a fully automated stationary CS-36 QUATTRO 4x4 TURBO machine for the production of concrete elements. The machine is equipped with two dedicated concrete batching plants for the base and finishing layers, mosaic washing technology, an elevator for stacking fresh products, a finger car system for transporting products to the curing and drying chamber, a lowerator for unloading cured products, and an automatic robotic palletizing system.

The machine is capable of producing a wide range of vibropressed concrete products, including hollow and solid concrete blocks, paving stones, curbs, lawn pavers, planters, and more. Its production capacity is 25 times higher than that of the manual machine we used at the beginning of our development, and 5 times higher than that of the semi-automatic vibropress when producing 40 × 20 × 20 cm concrete blocks.

This translates into a production capacity of 12,000 8-inch blocks per 8-hour shift, 14,000 6-inch blocks, or 1,000 square meters of paving stones.
