Project “Adapted Working Environment 2023”

Ecomix Ltd. has signed a contract for the implementation of the “Adapted Working Environment 2023” Project under the “Adapted Working Environment” procedure, co-financed by the European Union through the European Social Fund (ESF).

Ecomix Ltd. has commenced the implementation of the “Adapted Working Environment 2023” Project. The aim of the project is to support the Company in taking effective measures to adapt the working environment to current changes, ensure an active working life in a healthy and safe environment, and minimize risks to the health and safety of employees. The project also aims to provide opportunities for a better, more pleasant, and healthier daily working environment by facilitating employees’ access to suitable facilities for meals and rest at the workplace.

Through the implementation of the project, the Company aims to achieve the following results:

• Development and implementation of “green” models for work organization
• Improvement and enhancement of healthy and safe working conditions through collective and personal protective equipment
• Provision of social benefits for the Company’s employees

The project has a duration of 18 months and a total value of BGN 227,005.24, of which BGN 192,954.46 is financed by the European Union and BGN 34,050.78 by the national budget.

During the implementation of the project, the horizontal principles of sustainable development, equal opportunities, and non-discrimination will be strictly observed, along with the principle of “do no significant harm” to the environment.
