New Concrete Batching Plant in Zhitnitsa

Every day presents Ecomix Ltd. with a new opportunity for development and improvement.

Such a day was 22 July 2022, when the company officially opened its new concrete batching plant in the village of Zhitnitsa. The opening ceremony was attended by all company employees, the Mayor of Zhitnitsa, representatives of the contractor, and official representatives of the manufacturer’s Bulgarian representative.

The production of the plant, both in Karlovo and here in Zhitnitsa, is the work of the Italian company SIMEM, which has more than 50 years of experience in the production of concrete batching plants and other industrial facilities.

The SIMEM EAGLE 2500 concrete batching plant has the following specifications:

• Hopper with 4 compartments and a total capacity of up to 100 cubic meters.

• Production capacity of up to 65–70 cubic meters of standard concrete per hour.

• The mixer produces 1.7 cubic meters of concrete per batch.

• The three silos have a diameter of 2.8 meters, with each silo holding up to 80 tons of cement.
